Dear Station 101 Residents,<\/p>\n

This is a reminder that EVERYONE OVER THE AGE OF 2 MUST WEAR MASKS<\/b>* at all times outside of their homes in not just Santa Clara, but in all of California. Wearing a mask is California law and for many it could mean life or death.<\/p>\n

At any point where you are outside of your apartment home, you must be wearing a mask to protect yourself, but also to protect the lives of others.<\/p>\n

Examples of when you must be wearing a mask:<\/b><\/p>\n

\n
• Walking in the hallways and garage (this includes children over the age of 2)<\/i><\/li>\n
• While doing laundry<\/li>\n
• Entering and exiting the building<\/li>\n
• Using the elevators<\/li>\n
• Visiting the leasing office<\/li>\n
• Interacting with any members not of your immediate household<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Please keep in mind this is for everyone’s safety. We are seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases and we all must do our best to make sure we keep each other safe here at home.<\/p>\n

  * Those who are exempt from wearing masks:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Persons younger than two years old. These very young children must not wear a face covering because of the risk of suffocation. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a face covering. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Persons who are engaged in outdoor work or recreation such as swimming, walking, hiking, bicycling, or running, when alone or with household members, and when they are able to maintain a distance of at least six feet from others.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
