Fantastic management

We moved here in Dec 2020, the only best thing in this year happens to us is, moving to Station 101. This is a very nice place in all perspective. Happy to be back!

We opted Station 101 for its silent surrounding, walk to shop and a good school around in B/2016. We continued to stay here in Station 101 for more than 3+ years, till E/2019, not realizing that we might have to change. Unfortunate that we had to leave US for a short stint. In few months, We decided to comeback to US. Started a search for an apartment. Guess what, we decided to come back to Station 101! We contacted Station 101 for an apartment. They were so cooperative and supportive to find us an apartment and book it online. I didn't have to worry about anything other than signing the lease. Once we landed here, things were made easy for us. We just took keys and checked in. All happened because of Samar. Thank you Samar! We are happy to be back in S101. We feel at home!

Excellent Staff and support teams

I have been staying in station 101 for close to 3 years. I must say, I'm extremely happy with the way the staff takes care of residents and their needs. The team really cares for their residents and resolves maintenance issues almost the same day which is quite impressive. They also arrange seasonal celebrations for all residents and promote communal harmony. My experience so far has been excellent at Station 101 and I highly recommend it for any one looking for a place to rent in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara.

Station 101

today is my last day in station 101 apartment.and i am living here last 17 years. it is my 2nd home away from my home. I never feel that i am not in my home because of your management staff, starting from manager Samareeb , assistant manager Joanna. Diana,maintenance guy Roberto and cleaning lady Antonia. the management people are so nice, supportive.and ready to help when we need them ,they are at the service same day with smile. we feel that we all are part of big family, i am sure going to miss them and their services. god bless them, thank you,

Station 101 - Good Place to live

Specious apartments, Great location, Nice and Sufficient eminities, Good School close by, Secured gated community, and most importantly best community leasing staff makes this community one of the best place to live in Santa Clara/Sunnyvale. Writing this review after staying for a while now. Community celebrates most of the festivals. Had amazing Diwali party, Halloween, New Years and tomorrow celebrating Valentines day all arranged by staff. Manager Samreeb is very helpful and kind. Maintainence staff is also very responsive and quick. Roberto helped us in a personal work also. Great customer service. Overall great community and happy to live here. Thanks to the Support staff of Station 101 and keep up the good work.

Station 101

Station 101 is a beautiful place to live, the apartments are very secure and the environment is very welcoming. The manager Samreeb is extremely kind and understanding. She makes living here a very pleasant experience. The maintenance guy Roberto is also very helpful. All in all, this apartment complex is just a great place to live especially for kids because the surrounding schools are very nice. There are also great places to shop around the area. I can recommend people to live here.

Best Place To Call Home

I've lived here for over 8 years. It’s truly a gem of a property. Conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley. The staff Samareeb and Roberto are very thoughtful and great. The amenities are abundant. The apartment is always clean and the features are upgraded. I love it here. ??
