Dear Station 101 Residents,
This is a reminder that EVERYONE OVER THE AGE OF 2 MUST WEAR MASKS* at all times outside of their homes in not just Santa Clara, but in all of California. Wearing a mask is California law and for many it could mean life or death.
At any point where you are outside of your apartment home, you must be wearing a mask to protect yourself, but also to protect the lives of others.
Examples of when you must be wearing a mask:
- Walking in the hallways and garage (this includes children over the age of 2)
- While doing laundry
- Entering and exiting the building
- Using the elevators
- Visiting the leasing office
- Interacting with any members not of your immediate household
Please keep in mind this is for everyone’s safety. We are seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases and we all must do our best to make sure we keep each other safe here at home.

Take care and be well,
Station 101 Management
* Those who are exempt from wearing masks:
- Persons younger than two years old. These very young children must not wear a face covering because of the risk of suffocation.
- Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a face covering.
- Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
- Persons who are engaged in outdoor work or recreation such as swimming, walking, hiking, bicycling, or running, when alone or with household members, and when they are able to maintain a distance of at least six feet from others.
